1. Who we are

The Hamilton Enterprises Corp I, 303 S. Federal Highway, Hollywood, FL 33020, is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We decide why and how your personal data is processed when you use our website, submit a service request, or purchase our Web Design or WE-HAUL services.

2. Personal data we collect and why

  • Contact details — first and last name, title, email address, and phone number. Used to respond to inquiries, schedule services, and communicate about your project or request. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.
  • Service and property details — street address, unit or suite, city, state, ZIP code, company name, type of service, item descriptions, preferred date and start time, and photographs of the service area you choose to upload. Used to scope, quote, and deliver the requested service. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Web design project information — company details, year established, industry type, mission statement, and reference images. Used to design and build your website. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Account credentials — email address and authentication data for staff accounts. Used for secure access to our internal dashboard. Legal basis: legitimate interest in securing our systems.
  • Order records — order and transaction identifiers, tracking numbers, purchase amounts, and status. Used for record keeping, support, and accounting. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligation.
  • Usage and technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and log or error data. Used for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and improving the site. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your full card details.

3. Who we share data with

  • Merchant of Record — Paddle.com, for the sale of our products, order processing, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and returns.
  • Service providers — hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, and support tooling providers who process data on our behalf under contract.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and insurance advisers where necessary.
  • Authorities — where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

We operate from the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred from the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

5. How long we keep data

We keep service request and project data for as long as needed to deliver the service and support you afterwards, and order and tax records for the period required by law (generally seven years). Uploaded photographs and reference images are retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Inquiry messages that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and opt out of marketing communications. Residents of the UK and EEA may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email service@thehamiltonenterprises.com. We respond within one month.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, authenticated staff-only dashboards, row-level database security, and private file storage with time-limited access links.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar local storage to keep your session secure and to preserve your progress within our request and checkout forms. Our payment provider may set cookies required to complete checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.
